A man suspected of online rental fraud has been detained in Bishkek, the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Oktyabrsky district reported.
According to police, on May 15 a resident found a rental listing on the online platform Lalafo and transferred 50,000 soms as payment for housing rent. After receiving the money, the landlord stopped responding.
