Fish processing complex opened in Sokuluk district

Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan Rustam Baltabaev attended the opening of a new fish processing complex in the village of Ak-Zhol in Sokuluk district.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the facility provides a full cycle of fish processing, production of finished and semi-finished products, and their storage in modern refrigeration chambers.

The complex has a daily capacity of up to 18 tons of processed fish and up to 10 tons of finished products, with the simultaneous storage of up to 1,500 tons. The project is expected to create approximately 100 jobs.
