The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan proposes amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution «On some issues in the field of customs.» The document has been submitted for public discussion.
It is proposed to establish that one of the conditions for including a company, claiming to carry out activities in the field of customs, in the list of representatives for carrying out customs operations on goods imported from third countries is the existence of an agreement «On providing access to the information system ARM-Broker» with Customs Infrastructure state enterprise under the State Customs Service.
The drafters also want to make changes to the requirements for infrastructure, technical equipping and the mode of operation of temporary storage warehouses. That is, they must be located on the territory that belongs to the customs authorities or companies included in the register of owners of these premises and on the basis of an agreement with Customs Infrastructure state enterprise.
