A citizen of Uzbekistan, who was wanted for involvement in religious extremist activities in his homeland, was detained in Osh region. The press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
The man, 51, was detained during operational search activities.
«The native of Andijan region was also wanted for encroaching on the constitutional order of the country,» the statement says.
