A new logistics center for rice packaging has been opened in Uzgen district of Osh region of Kyrgyzstan. The modern facility was launched in Tort-Kol rural administration.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in Osh region Amankan Kenzhebaev, Uzgen district head Kanybek Apbasov, and local residents.
The total cost of the project is nearly 15 million soms.
The funding came from several sources: the Osh Regional Development Fund allocated 10,225 million soms, the Uzgen District Development Fund provided 2,565 million soms, and the local budget contributed 2 million soms.
Within the framework of an ARIS project, high-tech equipment worth 6.8 million soms was also purchased for the logistics center.
