The woman claimed on social media that the attack was preceded by persistent attempts at communication and advances on the part of the attacker, and after repeated refusals, the man began to pressure her and become aggressive.
According to the victim, during the incident, the man first spat at her, after which she responded in kind. He then hit her several times on the head and body, causing her to fall to the ground. After this, the suspect, according to the woman, continued to hit and kick her.
The Department of Internal Affairs of Issyk-Kul region reported that a forensic medical examination has been ordered for this incident. Foreign citizen L.Yu., 46, and witnesses to the incident have been questioned. This incident has been registered, and a preliminary investigation has been launched.
The woman also noted that the suspect remains on the premises where she lives and works, posing a threat to her safety.
