Private house catches fire in Bishkek

The roof of a private house on Abdykadyrov Street in Bishkek caught fire. A 24.kg news agency journalist reported from the scene.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations fire brigade reportedly arrived on the scene promptly.

The fire has been brought under control. Firefighters are working efficiently and effectively. Another crew arrived on the scene soon after.

According to neighbors, a popping sound, consistent with a short circuit, was heard before the fire started.
