On June 23, drinking water supply will be suspended in several areas of Bishkek for nearly nine hours.
According to the municipal enterprise Bishkekvodokanal, supply of water to residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, businesses, and other facilities will be cut off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..
The outage will affect the area bounded by Dostoevsky, Ankara, and Auezov Streets and the railway line. Additionally, Altyn Ordo, Kara-Zhygach, and Politseysky Gorodok residential areas will be left without water.
Residents are asked to stock up on drinking water in advance. Bishkekvodokanal also reminded that information about planned and emergency outages can be obtained through My City mobile app.
