Kyrgyzstan’s armed forces participated in the Regional Cooperation 2026 international exercises, organized by the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM). The exercises were held in the U.S. state of Montana and marked the 30th anniversary of the drills.
CENTCOM noted that the program involved joint training, exchange of experience, and scenario-based operational drills. The exercises traditionally bring together countries from Central and South Asia and have been held regularly for several decades.
