Modern residential buildings will be built in the high-mountain village of Zardaly in Batken region. Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the Presidential Administration’s Information Policy Service, reported.
According to him, in the past, remote and sparsely populated villages were often overlooked due to their small number of voters. Zardaly remained one such village for a long time.
The situation changed after President Sadyr Japarov visited the village and personally met with local residents. Following this, the residents’ requests and infrastructure projects began to be implemented.
The village received electricity, mobile phone service, and internet service for the first time, and a road was built through a difficult mountainous area. Previously, due to the lack of transportation, residents were forced to build houses out of clay and stone, as transporting building materials was virtually impossible.
As Daiyrbek Orunbekov noted, the president has now ordered the construction of modern homes for the residents. Kanybek Tumanbaev, the Chief of the Presidential Affairs Department, has been dispatched to the village to organize the work.
Construction is expected to be completed soon, after which residents will be able to move into their new homes.
