The women’s volleyball team of Kyrgyzstan (U18) secured its first victory at the international tournament in Thailand. The Volleyball Federation reported.
The Princess Cup tournament is currently underway in Nakhon Ratchasima, with eight teams participating, divided into two groups.
On June 24, in a match in the second round of the group stage, the Kyrgyzstan’s team, coached by Abdukhamid Aisakhodjiev, played against their peers from Malaysia and won decisively, 3-0.
Earlier in the first round, the Kyrgyzstan’s team lost to Vietnam.
In the final round of the group stage, the Kyrgyz team will play against the Philippines. The match will take place on June 25.
