New rules for leasing companies have been introduced in Kyrgyzstan. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, signed the corresponding decree.
The document approves regulations on leasing activities in the Kyrgyz Republic.
It defines the legal and organizational foundations of leasing activities, the rights and obligations of market participants, and requirements aimed at regulating the leasing market in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the State Financial Supervision Service, leasing companies must comply with the new regulations and take steps to align their internal operations, documents, and procedures with them.
Once the document comes into force, its provisions will be mandatory for all leasing companies.
