Admission campaign dates announced for universities and colleges in Kyrgyzstan

Admission to higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan will begin on July 13. Ainura Isiralieva, head of a department at the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation, said on Birinchi Radio.

She stated that enrollment will continue to be based on the results of the Nationwide Testing, as in previous years, with the exception of programs in arts, physical education, and sports.

Minimum passing scores will not be increased.

Admissions will be conducted via the online platform Abiturient Online, while a separate Center for Admission of Foreign Students has been launched for applicants from other countries.

Isiralieva also noted that starting in 2026, admission to colleges after grade 11 will also be based on Nationwide Testing results.

Graduates of grade 9 will be able to enter colleges based on their basic secondary education certificate.

Admissions to secondary vocational education institutions are scheduled to begin on July 6.
